It all starts when you give us a call. One of our experts schedules a time to come out and assess the damage and give you a quote for the repair. In some cases, if you make a claim to your insurance company and they don’t find any damage, it could count against you later. We can make sure a claim is needed first!

Step 2: Inspection & Education

Our expert goes to your location and examines the roof, siding, window or gutter damage. We calculate costs. Then we sit down with you, one-on-one, to let you know what to expect from the repair process and to recommend products. We help you figure out if an insurance claim is needed, and if it is we use our extensive expertise to guide you through it. 

Step 3: Submit Your Claim (if needed)

Armed with information about your repair, it’s time to submit the insurance claim. We help you negotiate with the insurance company, make sure everyone’s expectations are the same and help you avoid unpleasant surprises in scope of work, benefits paid and even measurements (a common but little-known problem). We get everyone on the same page before the work begins.

Step 4: And the Work Begins!

After we help you reconcile with the insurance company, you decide exactly what you want done. Do you just want your home back to normal? Or is this the right time to upgrade? Rubicon experts walk you through all options, then create a plan to meet your specific needs. With paperwork out of the way, we begin repairs. You’ll be back to normal before you know it—or better!

When the project is complete, we inspect everything to make sure it’s done right and meets your expectations.
